A completely water-based oil treatment agent that does not use any alcohol-based or petroleum-based solvents.

**Effects of Oil Medi** ◇ When oil that has flowed onto roads and other surfaces is sprayed with Oil Medi diluted approximately 10 times, the oil slick disappears instantly. ◇ There is no impact on asphalt, and there are no signs of slipperiness or cloudiness. ◇ The finely divided oil molecules are prevented from reattaching by Oil Medi, thus preventing secondary disasters caused by oil treatment. ◇ By spraying on spilled oil, it also suppresses the characteristic odor of mineral oil. ◇ Unlike when using oil absorbents, there is no need for recovery, which improves work efficiency.

"Neos AB3000N" is an oil treatment agent designed to have minimal impact on fish while providing excellent oil emulsification and dispersion capabilities. When applied to the surface of spilled oil using a dedicated spraying device or sprayer, the surfactant's hydrophilic and lipophilic properties cause the spilled oil to break down into fine particles that dissolve in water. These dissolved oil particles are then decomposed by bacteria in the water.
